A Simple Gratitude & Goal Practice

I started this practice back when I was a junior in high school… and it has changed my life incredibly! ⠀

I found Rachel Hollis on social media and became OBSESSED (in the best way possible) with personal development/overall health. I got all the books, listened to the podcasts, did the seminars, group classes, you name it. ⠀

ALTHOUGH! Finding and developing this one practice into my daily life has and will forever be one of my favorite parts of each day (and one of the most important parts).⠀

You can either buy the Start Today journal by Rachel Hollis or use the prompts (as I’ve done here). ⠀

SO THE GIST IS…⠀
You write 5 specific things you are grateful for each day. Try to think of a specific story or event that has happened in the last 24 hours. By focusing on a specific event/story, you are putting yourself into a state of gratitude.

Then, you write 10 dreams you have, BUT you write them as if it already happened. (For example, one of mine is “I’m a personal trainer” I am not one, but it is a dream - so therefore I write it like that). ⠀

LASTLY, you write the dream/goal that you want to achieve first. ⠀

I promise you that something as simple as this can change your life. The daily commitment to find gratitude and focus on your goals is truly incredible. ⠀

BE THE BEST YOU!
