No! Life Coaches get the privilege to support clients on their journey to greater health and wellbeing. Clients are asked powerful and reflective questions that guide the conversation.

What is your coaching style?

I strive to have all of my sessions client-centered while focusing on enhancing their well-being. I use a non-judgmental approach in every session.

How is life coaching different than other professions?

A Life Coach looks at the whole mind, body, spirit, health values, and preferences, and shows compassion and support.

Life Coaches cannot prescribe anything - instead, we specialize in behavior change and motivation as it relates to wellness.
